Red Hart Home Management LLC provides comprehensive home management services for private individuals and families. We offer in-home assistance, including dependent care, pet care, party planning, home maintenance, cleaning, and other household needs that come with homeownership. If a service is not available in-house, we can coordinate it on your behalf—allowing you more time to focus on family, relaxation, and personal well-being.

Basic Management
Annual Contract Fee$150
Experience essential home care with our Basic plan, designed to provide reliable, on-demand support for your everyday needs. Enjoy seamless access to services that keep your home running effortlessly.
- Services are provided on an as needed basis.
- Simple Profile for home is kept on file to help provide faster services.
- Request services via Text. On call is available for service requests after hours that are needed within 24hrs of contact.*
Standard Management
Annual Contract Fee$250
Experience enhanced home management with our Standard plan, crafted to deliver consistent support and added value for your household. Benefit from streamlined service scheduling that simplifies your daily routine.
- Home will use at least one of our services on a monthly or more basis.
- Profile for home is kept on file to help provide faster services.
- Request services via Text. On call is available for service requests after hours that are needed within 24hrs of contact.*
- Any Service needed that RHHM does not provide in house, can be completed by a contractor from our list of personally used vendors.
- Regular Service Chosen will use a 10% discount at time of billing. Any other services used on an as needed basis will receive 5% discount at time of billing.
Partial Management
Annual Contract Fee$600
Experience proactive home care with our Partial Management plan, tailored to offer comprehensive support and periodic home evaluations for lasting peace of mind. Enjoy a higher level of personalized service that adapts to your evolving needs.
- Home will use at least one of our services on a monthly or more basis.
- Annual Inspection provided each year.
- Detailed Profile for home is kept on file to help provide faster services.
- Any Service needed that RHHM does not provide in house, will be completed by a contractor. RHHM will make arrangements on behalf of the home owner.
- Request services via Text. On call is available for service requests after hours that are needed within 24hrs of contact.*
- Regular Service Chosen will use a 15% discount at time of billing. Any other services used on an as needed basis will receive 10% discount at time of billing.
Full Management
Annual Contract Fee$800
Experience complete home management with our Full Management plan, providing end-to-end care with dedicated oversight to keep your home running smoothly. Benefit from comprehensive, proactive management that ensures every detail is handled for your ultimate comfort.
- Monthly Fee will be based on size of property and services needed regularly.
- Home will be completely managed using services provided by RHHM.
- Quarterly and Monthly Inspection provided each year.
- Detailed Profile for home is kept on file to help provide faster services.
- Any Service needed that RHHM does not provide in house, will be completed by a contractor. RHHM will make arrangements on behalf of the home owner.
- On call is available for service requests needed within 24hrs of contact.
- Dedicated Manager for property.
*On call service utilization for emergencies within 24 hours of call or immediate service will incur an added fee.
